British Cheese Awards: Supreme Champion Named

  • The winners of the British Cheese Awards, held at the Royal Bath & West Show on 26th May, have been named.
British Cheese Awards: Supreme Champion Named

The winners were chosen by a judging team of 60 cheese professionals, food writers and chefs.

The Supreme Champion accolade was awarded to Two Hoots Cheese for their Barkham Blue, a buttery blue cheese made in a 1kg ammonite-shaped round.

Andy and Sandy Rose, founders of Two Hoots Cheese said, “We were over the moon with the news that our Barkham Blue had won Best Blue Cheese and Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards last night.

“It’s still sinking in at the moment. To have won these prestigious awards means so much to us and we would like take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for their support. It’s just amazing!”
