The beer, named Goldy Horn, is similar in taste to an IPA and combines a light sweetness with a mild bitterness. The hoppy brew is 4%abv.

Goldy Horn was created in small matches using traditional methods, and all of the ingredients used to create the beer are British.

Tom Newey, CEO The Country Food & Dining Group said, “We’re incredibly proud to be working with the exceptional brewers at West Berkshire to have produced this exclusive beer made using the Best of British ingredients; perfect for those warm summer days we’ve been having lately!

“This has been a really fun project to work on and we’re already looking at another release for the darker Winter months. Our vineyard at Cobbs will also see the release of their first Classic Cuvee and Blanc de Noir English Sparkling Wine next year, so all in all it’s a fairly boozy time for us!”
