Cotswold Fayre Launches E-commerce Shop

The shop will allow retailers to order from both the core and seasonal catalogues easily, and will show live stock levels.

Paul Hargreaves, founder and MD of Cotswold Fayre said, “Our new e-commerce shop will make the ordering process much quicker and more efficient and will also be a valuable tool for our field sales team when face to face with customers.

“The shop will link into a wider warehouse and distribution system to provide real time stock information, so customers instantly know if something isn’t available and can choose and alternative there and then.

“The new shop will also make the ordering process more flexible for customers as orders can be placed out of office hours. Of course, the team will still be available for those who prefer to order over the phone or order from an account manager.”

The new system will be demonstrated at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair taking place in September.
