Also new to the range are two cheeses from French cheesemaker and affineur Gaugry: Chablis, a cows’ milk cheese infused with white wine; and Epoisse, known for its reddish rind and pungent floral aroma.
The selection also now includes two Alpine cheeses – Terroir’s Mont D’or; encircled in spruce bark and infused with a pine flavour; and Reblochon from Fermier Paccard, an indulgent cheese made using milk from the farm’s own animals.
Owen Davies, category manager at Harvey & Brockless said, “The winter cheese collection features the finest artisan British and Continental cheeses – all of which have gone through a rigorous selection process.
“We are delighted to be introducing three new British cheeses, as well as welcoming French cheesemaker and affineur, Gaugry.
“Our winter range satisfies all tastes - and includes award-winning, innovative and new cheeses. Our objective is to offer our customers, across retail and foodservice, all that they need to complete their cheese ranges – and we think this collection really ticks the box.”
