Hawkshead Relish Launch Cocktail Range

The new Strawberry Daiquiri Jam combines English strawberries with white rum and a dash of lemon juice, and is ideal for an afternoon treat. The Mojito Marmalade is a summery companion for toast, and brings together lime, fresh mint and white rum. The range also includes Margarita Jelly, created using lemon, apple juice, tequila and Halen Môn sea salt – a simple way to add zest to fish or seafood – and a Bloody Mary Chutney, containing Hawkshead Relish’s award-winning eponymous Worcestershire-style sauce and vodka.

The entire range is created using locally-sourced ingredients and includes no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Each item is suitable for vegetarians and is gluten and nut-free.

Mark Whitehead, director and co-owner of Hawkshead Relish said of the range, “A family holiday in Rome planted the idea. The weather was amazing and we were all indulging in summery cocktails, the combinations of which presented themselves as perfect for preserves!”
