Long Clawson Dairy Wins Supreme Champion at Global Cheese Awards

The Global Cheese Awards were established in 1861, making them the longest running cheese show in Britain.

Long Clawson also received the Best Speciality Cheese title for its Claxstone Smooth Blue, and its Aged Leicestershire Red and Whole Blue Stilton Cheese were awarded silver and bronze rosettes.

Kim Kettle, managing director of Long Clawson Dairy said, “we are thrilled to have won the Global Supreme Champion award at such a prestigious and long running event. It is a true honour to
receive this accolade. It is a reflection of the hard work, dedication and effort from all our staff.”

Best Traditional Cheddar: Keens Cheddar Ltd – Keen’s Raw Milk Cheddar
