Mary Quicke Welcomed to La Guilde

La Guilde Internationale des Fromagers operates across 33 countries internationally, and is made up of over 6,000 dairy farmers, professional cheesemakers, processors, retailers, traders and refiners.

Mary Quicke’s new title is in recognition of her lifelong dedication to cheesemaking and farming, in line with La Guilde’s promotion of the hard work of those involved in the dairy industry.

Mary Quicke said, “The Fancy Food Show always throws up surprises but I really wasn’t expecting this! La Guilde Internationale des Fromagers is enormously respected throughout the industry and to have been selected to join their members is really quite astonishing and an enormous privilege.

“It is also an opportunity to further spread the word about my passions as a cheesemaker and all the issues that matter to Quicke’s and other British dairies.”
