This area will offer speciality food retailers the chance to discover exciting new products at the new Cheese & Charcuterie counters, from companies such as Interprofession Du Gruyere, Cornish Cheese Co Ltd, Woodalls Charcuterie and the Suffolk Salami Co.

Alongside this new addition to the show, the Farm Shop & Deli Live theatre will be hosting a comprehensive programme of demonstrations, debates and tastings from industry experts including Juliet Harbutt, cheese expert and chair of the British Cheese Awards, and Dr Morgaine Gaye, leading food futurologist.

The theatre will also see the presentation of the Best New Idea award at 2:30pm on Wednesday 22nd April. For this, exhibitors will be submitting a new speciality food and drink product or idea to be judged by visitors and exhibitors.

Also, the overall winner of the Farm Shop & Deli Awards 2015 (held in association with Olives Et Al) will be announced in the theatre at 2:45pm on Monday 20th April by Nigel Barden, chairman of judges.

With exhibitor numbers up more than 100 per cent from the 2014 event – including both new and established fine food and drink brands and an expanded packaging, equipment and machinery offering – Farm Shop & Deli Show 2015 is considered a ‘must-visit’ event for professionals within the speciality food and drink industry.
