Olives Et Al Opens Loaf & Larder

The new opening joins Olives Et Al’s current delis at Poundbury and Sturminster Newton, will be open seven days a week and has been described as a “restaurant without tables”.

The site will source produce from local suppliers to create items such as breads, pies and salads on-site. Local supplied include Luscombe Drinks, Hobbs House Bakery, Pipers Farm and Griffiths Butchers Chilled Meats.

Rupert Morris, head of retail for Olives Et Al said, “Creating Loaf & Larder has been great fun and the idea of making fresh food everyday as well as stocking lots of things for the larder seems to have grabbed people’s imagination.

“So far the levels of interest as we’ve been kitting it out have been really high and it’ll be wonderful to get it all up and running next week.

“Once we’re up and running we’ll be offering a series of events, tastings and sessions to show what Loaf & Larder is all about - after all, the Olives Et Al maxim is to “live more and eat very happily” and we’d love to help people do just that.”
