The clock is ticking…

The event will see over 850 producers showcasing their wares to around 12,000 buyers, business owners, chefs and food lovers and in doing so feeding the growing appetite for truly great food and drink.

As well as hundreds of exciting new products to explore, there’ll be a number of recognisable brands presenting the best of their offering as well as some well-known names from beyond the food and drink sphere. Familiar faces include Levi Roots, who will be on the Burts Potato Chips stand (1932) on Tuesday 6th September from 11am-1pm, and Gareth Gates, who will be presenting his new brand Cuppanut on stand 3143.

Speciality Chocolate Fair is becoming renowned for both its selection of quality confectionery producers and its famous chocolate sculpture centrepiece. This year’s, a magnificent chocolate throne, is the fifth by Philippe Wall of the Academy of Chocolate. Philippe will be taking to the stage in the Speciality Chocolate Live theatre, alongside some of the industry’s most respected chocolatiers.
