The World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo Returns For 2015

According to recent research carried out by Oxford Economics, the world travel sector is growing – predicted growth is currently 5.4 per cent per year – thanks to emerging markets such as China, Russia, India, Turkey and Brazil providing new customers.

WTCE brings together the latest in the travel catering and onboard services industries – from countries as diverse as Canada, South Africa, Thailand and New Zealand – including food and drink, packaging, galley equipment and passenger comfort, all of which demonstrate innovative ways to attract the modern customer.

The event will also host a Taste of Travel theatre, where attendees can learn all they need to know about evolutions within the sector via interactive sessions such as product tastings and culinary demonstrations, and talks on topics such as the future of food.

Archana Sharma, WTCE event manager said, “We’re proud that WTCE has become the global meeting place for the travel catering and onboard services industry. Our visitors hail from all four corners of the globe and use the exhibition as a way to meet with colleagues, discuss business deals and stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations.

“This year we’ve added a new dimension with the introduction of the Travel Retail Zone, allowing our visitors to gain an overview of the entire onboard services industry.”
