Ragstone
A goat’s cheese log is the perfect addition to a summer picnic, a self-contained cylinder of joy. Made from unpasteurised goat’s milk in the Golden Valley of Herefordshire, the end result is light and creamy with a complex savoury finish.

Beenleigh Blue
Made with pasteurised ewes milk this is the perfect summer, soft blue from the Ticklemore Cheese Company in Devon. It has intensity and depth of flavour – starting off tangy and sometimes salty and then developing a lovely toasted nutty-sweetness.

Quickes Elderflower
Made in Devon this traditional clothbound cheddar has a buttery richness combined with the subtle aromatic note of elderflower. The pale coloured body of the cheese is speckled throughout with floral petals which add a slight sweetness.

Appleby’s Cheshire
A family owned business, the Appleby’s have been making cheese since 1952. Characterised by a texture that is wonderfully moist and crumbly, this cheese is made from unpasteurised milk. It has a clean, zesty taste that develops in your mouth to give a lasting finish.

Goddess
A delicious semi-soft, washed rind cheese, made using rich Jersey cows’ milk by White Lake Cheese in Somerset. During maturation wash the cheese in Temperley Somerset Cider Brandy, which gives the cheese a silky, golden hue.
