During the event, held at the ExCeL London from November 22nd to 24th, The FoodTalk Show will be seeking out innovative new products, talking to producers and recording interviews for a future broadcast on The FoodTalk Show. It offers an opportunity for retailers unable to make it to the event to keep abreast of industry insight.

The show goes out live at 4pm every Thursday on Channel Radio and TuneIn Radio and via a live stream on foodtalk.co.uk. It is also syndicated to the UK, Malta and the USA.

FoodTalk Show co-founder and presenter Sue Nelson is a Tech London Advocate and leader of their Food Tech Group. Along with fellow host Paul Andrews, Sue launched the show to provide food and drink innovators with a platform to talk about their work.

Sue Nelson, presenter said, “The FoodTalk Show not only highlights the latest tech innovations in the food sector but also groundbreaking new products. Delis and fine food independents can be the first to hear all these developments, sometimes before the producer has even gone to market. We also discuss key areas of the food business with experts who have recognised expertise in marketing, branding, exporting, funding and so on.

“I get so much inspiration from the exhibitors at Food Matters Live, and the conference and seminar programme is unbeatable. The speakers are always of the best quality and the topics are huge in range, from the ethics of marketing food to children to the impact of celebrity on eating habits. But despite the fact that these are fascinating, I get most excited by the Research Pavilion and the area devoted to Innovative Ingredients. As a presenter of a food radio show, dedicated to innovation, I guess that’s not such a surprise!”
