Pacari Chocolate is an innovative company now in its third year of making artisanal organic chocolate. The chocolate is made from Arriba Nacional cacao, a product native to South America. Cacao beans are known for their rich, full taste and complex fruity, floral notes.
The company’s range comprises of products such as Chocolate Covered Golden Berries, Guavas, Bananas and Nibs (the centre of the cacao bean), as well as its standard provincial bars. Pacari has also introduced two raw chocolate bars to promote cacao’s health benefits. The company works directly with cacao growers, providing technical support for
