Claire’s Handmade Chilli Jam & Relish

The chilli jam is a very versatile product - blend with pastas, use it as a glaze on roasts or as a simple condiment. Once a jar is opened it’s very hard to leave it alone - it goes well with practically everything.

Another great product that adds a kick to any dish is the hot chipotle chilli and honey relish. Made with fiery chipotle chillies, this relish is wonderfully smoky and spicy, with a sweet, long-lasting finish. Great with charcuterie and barbecued meats, delicious as a dip and very enjoyable served as an accompaniment to BBQ chicken and pilau rice.
