Quick, simple supper recipe:
Put 6 proper sausages, 2 sweet potatoes and 2 preserved lemons cut into wedges, 5-6 cloves of garlic and some fresh rosemary into a roasting tray. Pour over a good glug of olive oil and mix well. Liberally scatter OEA Dukkah over the top and roast for 30 mins or so at 190°C. Enjoy!
