We are passionate about producing delicious wines, liqueurs and ciders inspired by traditional recipes.

We have been producing great English drinks for over 20 years, from 1994 to 2014.  Twenty years ago, Lyme Bay Cider sold its first Jack Ratt and Lyme Bay Ciders from the small shop at Manor Farm. Since then we’ve grown and developed, and now trade as the Lyme Bay Winery, producing an award-winning selection of ciders, country wines, meads, fruit liqueurs and cream liqueurs. Our founding products are still some of the best sellers, but every year we develop new and innovative drinks to add to our range.
