Founded in 2003 by managing director Mark Garcia-Oliver, The Fresh Pasta Company supplies speciality stores with some of the finest fresh Italian pasta available in UK. The company is also the winner of six (2-star and 3-star) Great Taste Awards 2009, and 30 awards over all.
The pasta is made in Italy with special ‘00’ flour, free range eggs and premium ingredients for the fillings, using traditional methods of production. The company believes in using no E numbers, additives or preservatives. All recipes are designed by resident chef Ernesto, who trained at a 3-star Michelin restaurant in France before joining the team. The filled fresh pasta comes pre-packed in six flavours (250g tray serves 2 people), or loose to sell from the serve-over counter. Varieties include Handmade Venison Tortelloni, Pecorino & Asparagus Tortelli and Spinach, Ricotta & Walnut Ravioli.
