The chocolate industry in the UK is flourishing; bean-to-bar, raw, organic, vegan and premium. On 3-5 September, Olympia London will be the place to be as an abundance of luxury chocolate products from around the globe will be unveiled, guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth. The new Speciality Chocolate Trail offers buyers the chance to explore and taste all the very latest flavours, textures and trends. Pick up a map and discover chocolatey heaven at this year’s Fair.

Will Torrent, award-winning Chocolatier & Pastry Consultant and Speciality & Fine Food Fair Ambassador compiled the Speciality Chocolate Trail, he explains: “How chocolate is made, what ingredients are used, the origin of cocoa beans and how the products taste are key influences in chocolate right now. Bean-to-bar producers are going from strength to strength with stunning workmanship, creativity and exciting flavour combinations. The Fair is the perfect place to try some of the most interesting and innovative chocolate in the industry.”

More than 50 premium chocolate producers will be on the trail this year including: Amelia Rope, Bean & Pod, KANMI, the ChocLab, J Cocoa, Love Cocoa, Milky Boy Swiss Chocolates, Cocoa Loco, Urban Village Chocolates, Dragees Reynaud and Zotter Chocolate.
