Many new products being showcased in the zone this year are focused on health. It’s not just about the ingredients that are in them but what’s not too; with many claiming to have no added sugar, no gluten and no artificial flavours and colours. Natural food and drink is on trend too, along with a penchant for all things nutty and products featuring flavours from around the globe.

When it comes to new product launches, luxury drinks that are healthy are proving popular. Teas in particular, from cold brew flavoured teas to those with benefits.

The health theme continues in the chocolate sector with natural, no added sugar and organic dominating new launches in the Discovery Zone.
Goodio (Stand 2840) - bean to bar chocolates handmade in Finland. Made of premium quality, primarily organic, raw and wild ingredients. Dr Will’s are making their Fair debut showcasing their range of all-natural condiments. They are all preservative free, sugar free and made with quality ingredients. The new range includes: Tomato Ketchup, Beetroot Ketchup and BBQ sauce. Available in 250ml bottles.
All things spicy
The speciality market is becoming a whole lot spicier. Luxury collections of spices and flavours from around the globe can be found in the Discovery Zone - beautifully packaged for gifting too. Spice Kitchen (Stand 3072) - family run masters of spice, Spice Kitchen, specialise in selling freshly ground, hand-blended, hand-roasted and hand-ground spice blends and tea blends, along with their popular spice tin collections.
