COOK’s quality range of 100 frozen meals and puddings (sold in one, two and four portion sizes) has welcomed some new additions. Far Eastern options such as Panang chicken curry, green Thai chicken (pictured) and Shanghai beef have joined the classic lasagne verde, pork dijon, and steak and red wine pie, all of which continue to be best sellers. The meals are prepared using the same techniques and ingredients consumers would use in the kitchen at home and are offered as a wholesale package for both independent retailers and food service companies.
