£200,000 ‘Lifeboat Tea’ Target
Published: Wednesday, February 03, 2010
Consumers can now support the Royal National Lifeboat Institution - by having a brew. Williamson Tea and the RNLI aim to raise over £200,000 for the charity in 2010. The producer’s range of Earl Grey, English Breakfast and Green Tea has joined forces with the original Lifeboat Tea (a black tea from Kenya) so that 7p from every pack sold can go towards training and equipment for RNLI’s dedicated volunteer team.
In aid of the promotion, Lifeboat Tea has undergone a complete redesign. Look out for bright orange packaging, national fundraising activities and supporting PR and media scheduled throughout the year. The Lifeboat Tea range is available from Cotswold Fayre.
