A husband and wife team with just one other employee, LYKEN is on a quest to produce the perfect sorbet. In the two years since Tom and Maria decided to realise their dream of running a frozen confectionery business of their own, they have successfully established a farm in Nicaragua (where currently fruit of every denomination is growing), sourced all of the necessary machinery, renovated their Sorbet Lab to a standard worthy of microbial excellence and miraculously found time to surf most mornings. Oh and they’ve created a delightfully tasty array of sorbets, unrivalled in taste and purity.
