All the birds are kept to the highest welfare standard, fed on a G-M free diet and, where appropriate, vaccinated for salmonella. The farm is also regularly audited by both Freedom Food and the Lion Code.
Eggs are sold with both the caterer and the retailer in mind, in either trays or in prepacks to suit individual needs.
