“We hope that this new service will enable us to let customers know quickly about product changes, special offers and new product introductions. We anticipate that this online service may also be useful for retailers that would prefer to place an order out of normal office hours,” say Steve Waters, co-director. “To open an account, customers can either fill in a simple form online, or call us. We can then set up an online line account for them.”
