By partnering with Mintel’s Global New Product Database Team, the organisers behind the exhibition are guaranteeing to bring a host of the world’s most groundbreaking, never-seen-before food and drink products to London.
Innovation Live will enable visitors to see, touch and even taste a slice of true innovation. One-on-one tutored tastings, accompanied by supporting information, will really give an insight into the true flavour of all the unique and inspirational products on show in the four main categories: general food, drinks, chilled and frozen as well as health and well-being.
In addition there will be three further areas of visitor interest featured on Innovation Live. Tapping into the fusion between the beauty and food industries, Innovation Live will also feature Blue Sky Thinking – a highly topical beauty category delivered in conjunction with Reed Exhibitions’ In-Cosmetics Show.
If that is not enough to whet your appetite, here are five more reasons to encourage attendance:
1. IFE is the UK’s largest and most respected food trade event and is the next global food and drink event in the industry’s diary. IFE09 will be a true showcase of serious, unrivalled ground-breaking innovation and the launch pad for new products.
2. The current economic climate means it has never been more important to recognise ways to drive down cost and innovate to add more value to customers. IFE09 will explore how this will be possible in the speciality food market.
3. With so many new products and suppliers in one place IFE offers the most cost efficient and effective way to keep pace with the changing nature of the speciality food market, saving hours of internet research and meetings.
4. For those wanting to add an international flavour to their shelves, Walk the World will provide a unique opportunity in the UK to source new and exciting global produce from over 45 countries and the opportunity to meet suppliers that you may never have had the chance to meet in person.
5. It is an unrivalled opportunity to network within the industry. IFE09 is set to attract over 1,200 food and drink suppliers, including approximately 600 from outside the UK, all bringing a host of the world’s most innovative and new products to the market.
So don’t miss out. IFE09 will take place on 15 – 18 March 2009 at ExCeL in London. To register as a visitor, visit www.ife.co.uk.
