  • Speciality & Fine Food Fair have launched a survey aimed at uncovering consumer’s ultimate retail experience.
Creating the Ultimate Retail Experience at Speciality & Fine Food Fair

Launching today, the results will be used to create an interactive version of "The Ultimate Retail Experience" which will be featured at Speciality & Fine Food Fair, 2-4 September at Olympia London. The initiative is designed to provide independent retailers with an understanding of the discerning consumer's wants and needs from today’s marketplace. The survey will capture everything from colour schemes to opinions on greetings, whilst also looking at the importance of stocking certain product types, and providing financial insight on average and expected spend.

Exhibitor’s products will line the shelves of the store and visiting delis, farm-shops and industry thought-leaders will be invited to explore and discuss the space.

Speciality & Fine Food Fair event director Soraya Gadelrab said: “We are excited to be able to present this creative and potentially controversial feature at this year’s edition of the Fair. The Ultimate Retail Experience will allow our community of small retailers to come away with invaluable insight – and might also encourage conversation within some of the larger speciality stores!”

If you would like to take part in the research, The Ultimate Retail Experience Survey will run until the 6 th of June and everyone who completes it will be entered into a prize draw to win a delicious prize from Fairtrade chocolate company Divine Chocolate and their master chocolatiers.
