The cattle that produce our deliciously succulent Yorkshire Wagyu sirloin steaks are nurtured by our family farm team for over two and a half years and enjoy the lush Yorkshire Wolds pasture and home grown protein, Lucerne. The cattle are slaughtered by a local family butcher and return to our farm to be hung and butchered by our flexible team who pride themselves on cutting more unusual cuts that taste amazing.
