This is our Silver award winner at the Great Taste Award and one of the most popular so far. In Goa the Portuguese version would translate as 'Vindalho de Carne de Javali'. This Wild Boar pickle is made in Goan red masala ground purely in palm vinegar. The diced Wild Boar meat in this pickled masala is perfect with any meal.
