One of the leading exporters of Greek pasta, Bevelini’s supplier recently invested over $15 million in a new state-of-the-art pasta factory that can process more than 30,000 tonnes of pasta per annum.
The supplier was founded in the mid 1990’s in Greece. It is the product of a joint venture between a leading Italian pasta, semolina and rice group and a Greek pasta company that has been well known in Europe since 1939. The company produces pasta under its own brands - Macvel, Latino, Mamma Mia, La Grande Pasta and Famiglia - but also specialises in the production of private label pasta. Products are exported to Japan, Korea, USA and across Eastern and Western Europe. The organisations have created a solid partnership together, importing the finest quality pasta over the past ten years. They continue to cater for increasing demand from the UK market.
