In our 100 year old Ashbourne bakery we produce crackers, Toasts and biscuits of unsurpassed quality. Some are branded Fine Cheese Co. (our sister for 17 years), and some Miller’s or The Fine Cookie Co. For all, we source only the best natural ingredients, heap them generously and bake them by hand with skill and care. We always have.

The Ashley Chase Estate in Dorset is home to Ford Farm, a leading West Country Cheese maker renowned for its range of supreme quality, hand-made cheddars including traditional Wookey Hole Cave Aged , new Wookey Hole Cave Aged Goat's Cheddar, Dorset Red, and Coastal - the Cheddar with a distinctive crunch. All Ford Farm Cheese is made to traditional methods and recipes using milk sourced from local Dorset Herds.
