Gnocchi Di Patate or potato gnocchi is a very popular dish across the world. They vary in different parts of the world in their shape and ingredients, but have a strong tradition in Campania in Italy, home of Garofalo pasta.
Traditionally Gnocchi di Patate is cooked on a Sunday and served baked with a good Neapolitan sauce and mozzarella cheese, a well-known dish called “Gnocchi alla Sorrentina
Chicce di Patate is a smaller version of Gnocchi Di Patate

Garofalo couscous is made with the same high quality durum wheat semolina as all Garofalo’s wheat pasta cuts. A good alternative to rice, couscous is popular in Italy with regional recipes found across the country.

The small particles of pasta are not produced by forming a strong dough in the normal way, and are made from steamed and dried durum wheat. The tiny particles of pasta readily soak up the flavours of other ingredients they are mixed with. 

Garofalo pasta has 5 ranges of pasta to choose from: Traditional, Organic, Organic Whole Wheat, Children’s pasta and Gluten Free. Each range has an extensive number of shapes to choose between, from the popular Fusilli to the less well known Casarecce and Lumaconi.
