It will continue to trade as a separate entity within the Group and Graham and Angie Vine will remain as directors, but administration and distribution will be moved to the Blueberry Group headquarters in Market Harborough.

Laura Shears, MD said, “We have a strong team and great facility here in Market Harborough with the capacity for significant growth. Following the MBO we have secured investment so that we can implement stage one of our plans which includes re-enforcing our sales team, improving efficiencies in our operational infrastructure and not least making this acquisition. We are delighted that Angie and Graham will be joining the Group and look forward to working with them to grow Palmars Products.”

Graham Vine said, “We are really quite excited about this new chapter as it enables Angie and I to grow Palmars Products without the worry of the administration and logistics. We look forward to spending more time with customers and hope that they will relish the opportunity to buy a wider range from us.”
