  • Authentic Italian pasta producer Garofalo has launched a new range of organic pastas, made from the same high quality durum wheat as the brand is best known for
Garofalo Goes Organic

The new range contains three variants: Penne, Gemelli and spaghetti, and is presented in the brand’s recognisable clear packs to highlight the structure of the pasta and offer retailers uniformity and a wider range to sell.

Mal Pullan, UK commercial director for Garofalo said, “We have started to see a real move in consumer attitude toward dry pasta in the UK. Consumers are increasingly looking for premium pasta as well as more ‘healthier lifestyle pasta’ such as organic and higher protein.

“The organic sector has significantly grown over the past 12 months and has huge potential. We believe that this trend will continue to grow as consumers become more ‘health-aware’ and care where and how their pasta is made.”

The Organic Garofalo range is distributed by the producer’s UK office.
