- Dorset-based Olives Et Al has teamed up with a British tomato grower to develop products for a new summer range
The company worked with The Tomato Stall, on the Isle of Wight, to celebrate British produce.
New products include Island Tomato & Red Pepper Pesto and Island Tomato & Chilli Dressing and Marinade, which combines freshly blitzes and smooth tomato juice with extra virgin olive oil, red chilli, lemon juice and honey.
The mixture is then lightly spiced with coriander, ginger and garlic, creating a sweet and sour flavour.
The pesto is packaged in a 135g glass jar, while the dressing is in a 250ml glass bottle.
