  • Kensington-based retailer Partridges has launched an indoor food market to showcase, launch and support London's best start up food companies and offer consumers innovative foods and ideas

Speciality products for sale include handmade confectionery, handmade British fresh pasta and sauces, French produce, tropical fruit and handmade Sicilian cannoli.

Breakfast and lunch options are available to take away, and traders are changed every day. Lunch options include Peruvian speciality dishes, Scottish Haggis toasties, English pies, Lebanese falafel, Duck Confit, Jamaican speciality dishes and Thai speciality dishes.

John Shepherd, managing director of Partridges, said the idea of Startisans is “to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem where ideas are transformed into businesses.”
