  • The event will take place on 23rd-24th September at the Business Design Centre in Islington

The UK lunch sector is valued at £14.9 billion and is constantly evolving, and this year’s lunch! event aims to showcase the newest products to hit the market, ranging from artisan breads and gourmet oils, preserves and sauces to packaging and technology.

Over 6,000 buyers attended last year’s show and over 300 innovative exhibitors – including Cawston Press and Taylors of Harrogate – will be at this year’s, making it a key annual event for buyers and retailers across the food industry.

The event will also host the Working lunch! Theatre, within which spokespeople from industry icons such as the Soil Association and M&S Foods will be sharing their expertise, plus the Innovation Stand, the annual British Smoothie Championship and the Innovation Challenge Showcase.

Andrew Sherick, founder of Mr Sherick’s Shakes said, “It’s essential to know your market place. That’s why lunch! is so key. I think it’s the only trade show that’s 100% focused on the impulse market.”

Andrew Rose, head of purchasing at Caffѐ Nero said, “lunch! just gets bigger and better each year. It has a great mix of suppliers covering a range of categories, enabling me to keep up with trends and innovation within the industry,”
