- Fine food distributor Cotswold Fayre has announced changes to the company following a year of consolidation
The changes are being made to prepare for future growth and improve customer service, and as part of this Cotswold Fayre have appointed new combined managing director and finance director, Ian Roberts.
Paul Hargreaves, founder of Cotswold Fayre said, “It is time to bring in some extra support to both strengthen the service we offer and prepare for future growth.”
Ian Roberts, new managing director and finance director said, “I am thrilled to be joining the team at Cotswold Fayre. While the speciality food sector is new to me, it has many parallels to the retail sector and I am excited to be part of such an ambitious company.
“As the company looks to expand in the next few years, customer service will remain at the heart of the company ethos. The team and I will ensure that we have the strong support functions in place to handle future growth whilst providing excellent customer experience.”
Cotswold Fayre has also added new sales regions in order to prepare for growth; the new regional sales managers are: Andrew Gibson for London, Leanne Castle for East Anglia, Gillian Herdman for North West and Elaine Shirley for Scotland.
