  • IFE will once again host its interactive and informative The Skillery at the 2013 show, with The Craft Guild of Chefs announcing a stellar list of chefs who will take centre stage to demonstrate the best of their culinary skills

Live cookery demonstrations will run daily, and are designed to help foodservice providers of all types improve their skills and profit margins. The line-up includes Will Torrent (award-winning patissier and chocolatier), Steve Munkley (executive chef at the Royal Garden Hotel), Alyn Williams (National Chef of the Year 2012) and Sophie Wright (prize-winning chef and food writer). They will be joined by other top names such as Brian Mellor, Stephen Scuffell Mat Owens, Cyrus Todiwala, Ben Bartlett and Lee Maycock
