Cornish Cheese

The Cornish Cheese Company make a range of handmade farmhouse cheeses on their family farm based on the edge of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. It all started when the milk price crashed in the late 90s and Philip had to add value to his milk, so he decided to diversify into cheesemaking with no prior experience. Since then, they have won multiple awards with their soft creamy Cornish Blue and have more recently developed the range including a blue goats cheese named Cornish Nanny and their own farmhouse Cornish Brie, with more soft white cheeses on the way!
