The launch follows consumer and retailer feedback, which suggested that the smaller size (compared to the original 330ml format) is ideal for those wanting a mixer for spirits.
The drinks are made from pressed not from concentrate juice, and the Cloudy Apple variant has no added sugar.
Dan Broughton, sales director at Cawston Press said, “Our canned recipe format has proved a major hit with retailers across all channels, so offering premium glass bottles for those customers who require this format made perfect sense.
“There’s growing demand from consumers for quality non-alcoholic soft drinks, which don’t make them feel like second-class citizens if they’re laying off alcohol. For so long, consumers have had to put up with a small choice of sickly sweet, additive-filled soft drinks – our cans and bottles change all this.”
