  • In an attempt to boost the dairy production of North Wales, Coleg Menai's Food Technology Centre have produced new local creams, cheeses and yoghurts
Dairy Products Boost Local Development

The products have been created to demonstrate the versatility of the area’s local milk.

Staff at the centre have worked alongside Cadwyn Clwyd, a regeneration agency, to strengthen the profile of the regional dairy industry.

Business support will be garnered through a meeting to be held in Denbigh.

Funding has come from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) to develop local communities through the Rural Development plan spearheaded by the Welsh Government.
