Fudge Kitchen Launches Liquid Fudge

The Liquid Fudge is available in three flavours: Salted Caramel, Rich Chocolate and Vanilla Toffee.

Sian Holt, founder of Fudge Kitchen said, “Like some of the best ideas, our new Liquid Fudge came about by accident. I was looking for a way to extend the shelf life of our fresh, whipping cream fudge, tried vacuum packing it and it imploded into this fabulously rich, molten format. The endless applications of this rudimentary product were immediately apparent and our food technician was immediately set to work developing the range.

“The feedback has already been tremendous, particularly on the flexibility of the product and consequent breadth of potential consumer interest.

“The curiosity-provoking uniqueness has also struck a chord with consumers. There is nothing similar on the market. And, as with all our gourmet ranges, we’ve prioritized high end, eye-catchingly iridescent design on easy stacking jars; in a new plastic format for safety and reduced weight.

“We’ve kept it to an affordable, self-gifting and impulse buy suggested price point of £3.99, which, for an all natural product, handmade by our artisan staff represents good value.”
