Hampshire Deli Launches Own-Brand Range

Thyme & Tides is a deli, bistro and fishmonger in Stockbridge, Hampshire, which has launched its own range of ‘deli kitchen’ foods.

The home-made dips, crostini and amaretti biscuits were created by French head chef Alex Thomelin and the Thyme & Tides team following brain-storming and tasting sessions.

The dishes are all made and packaged on-site, are free of artificial ingredients and additives, and are now available to buy from the deli as well as featuring on the bistro’s menu.

Iain Hemming, owner of Thyme & Tides, said, “Launching our own product range is really exciting for us, and is a natural part of Thyme & Tides’ evolution. Since we opened in Stockbridge two and a half years ago we’ve developed a really good understanding of what our customers want, and we are now filling gaps in the range by creating our own dishes for which we know there is a demand. Customers are trying and liking the artisan, exclusive products, and eagerly buying into the brand.”
