  • Running throughout October, Lemonfest features a whole range of producers and the aim is to increase sales and awareness of products such as preserved lemons, lemon marmalade, baked goods with lemon, drink, etc.

Retailers ordering a case of each of the five featured products will receive a goody pack containing samples of each, plus POS material (posters and recipe cards) to help with in-store tastings. A feedback form will also be included to enable producers to get a true feel for tge retailers’ thoughts and consumers’ responses.
Featured products include The Geranuim House’s Preserved Lemons, Lemon & Coconut Marmalade, James Chocolates Lemon & Grapefruit Discs, Mangajo Lemon & Green Tea and Lemon, Chilli & Ginger Dressing from Womersley Fine Foods.

Fleur Hulme at The Geranium House comments, “I have decided to get involved with Lemonfest as I feel it is a good way to introduce my new product lines, help independent retailers and get involved with the producer community.

Speciality Food wholesaler, Deli28, is supporting the promotion by organising the goody packs and dispatching them and by coordinating retailer’s orders. Claire Jones at Deli28 says, “It’s great to be involved with this promotion, particularly as it’s a collaboration between several otherwise unrelated producers - it’s an indication of the goodwill and community spirit found within the industry.”

The promotion will run on all orders placed before the end of October, whilst stocks last. For further information contact Claire Jones at Deli28 on 0117 3005511 or sales@deli28.co.uk
