- Whole Creations has launched two new vegetarian, gluten-free and preservative-free pizzas for the frozen retailer market
The Margherita pizza combines a unique crisp base with tomato and herb sauce and slow roasted tomatoes, while the Mediterranean Vegetable option consists of a crisp base and tomato and herb sauce topped with a courgette and onion, oven-roasted peppers and Mozzarella cheese.
The recommended retail price of the pizzas is £3.99, and they are available via Stratford Fine Foods and Eden.
Kate Keane of Whole Creations said, “These are so easy for a quick and delicious meal. Ideal for those who want the great taste of pizza but are cutting out gluten in their diet, we know that many people out there will welcome these new concepts.”
