Tims Dairy is working with Theodore Kyriakou, who founded the Greek restaurants Livebait and The Real Greek in London.

The aim is to spread the word about Greek style yoghurt, especially in cooking, as it is a healthy alternative to cream, and raise awareness of the different flavoured yoghurts produced by Tims Dairy.

Chris Timotheou, managing director of Tims Dairy, said, “We pride ourselves on our skill and long standing tradition in making great tasting products. Theodore loves our Greek style yoghurt and describes it as the best this side of the Aegean! He is a great ambassador.”

Mr Kyriakou added, “The idea of my recipes is to inspire and show everyone, in particular families, how simple and easy it is to cook great tasting dishes that are transformed by the use of these wonderful classic Greek style yoghurts from Tims dairy. I relish the traditions of great skills and simplicity handed down to me by my father and grandfather, who owned delicatessens in Greece and grew up eating yoghurt.”
