Yorkshire Brewery Expands After Increased Demand

Little Valley Brewery already brews 40,000 pints a month, but by increasing its fermentation and maturation capacity to produce 17,000 additional pints a week, the total produced monthly will be around 108,000.

The range of award-winning beers includes case and bottle-conditioned organic English, continental style and speciality beers, including the only fair trade ginger pale ale in the world.

Wim van der Spek, founder of the Little Valley Brewery, said, “Our eclectic range of beers are already enjoyed by a wide range of drinkers in Yorkshire and the North West, as well as other parts of the UK and around the world from Finland to as far afield as Hong Kong.

“Now is the time to invest in the growth and expansion of the brewery, in order to meet current demand and find new business in the UK retail and foodservice sectors, as well as new overseas markets. We want even more people throughout the UK to enjoy our range of quality beers this year.”
