Our farm shop is already extremely successful, and you will be an integral part of making it even better.  With your innovative ideas, aspirational leadership style and an ability to drive change, you will maximise our current offering and further develop our own label and in-house produced food brand. 

With full accountability for around 150 colleagues, you will motivate and lead an extremely skilled team to achieve ambitious KPIs and most importantly our Devonshire group core values; ‘always improving’, ‘decency’ and ‘being inclusive’.
