Food and hospitality sectors set to gather at The European Pizza Show

Organised by Cibus Parma, TuttoFood Milano and Bellavita Expo, the two-day event will showcase products, equipment and innovations from across the European food and drink industry, with a particular focus on pizza, foodservice and hospitality.

Exhibitors will represent a broad range of categories, from flour, dairy, artisan cheeses, tomatoes and cured meats to professional ovens, packaging, technology and drinks. A new Mixology Area will also feature as part of this year’s expanded offering.

For independent food retailers, delicatessens and farm shops, the event presents an opportunity to discover new suppliers, explore European speciality products and consider opportunities within the growing food-to-go market.

Business challenges take centre stage

Alongside the exhibition, the European Pizza Forum, organised in cooperation with PAPA, will bring together chefs, operators and industry experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing hospitality businesses.

Topics will include maintaining quality while scaling operations, food-to-go and delivery, brand development, managing margins and attracting investment.

Technology will also feature prominently, with discussions exploring how artificial intelligence, data and digital tools can help businesses improve efficiency and create commercial opportunities.

On 19th November, a session entitled Italian Expertise, Local Adaptation: Making It Work in the UK will feature Michelin-starred chef Stefano Di Giosia of The Tudor Pass, alongside Giovanni Sacchi, Director of the Italian Trade Agency in London, and Roberto Costa, President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the UK and founder of Macellaio RC.

The programme will also welcome two leading figures from the international pizza industry: Michele Pascarella, founder of Napoli on the Road, named the world’s number one pizzeria by 50 Top Pizza World 2026, and Ciro Salvo, third-generation pizzaiolo and founder of 50 Kalò.

European pizza talent on show

The European Pizza Chef Competition will return with its largest line-up yet, featuring 45 professional pizzaiolos representing 14 nations.

Competitors from countries including the UK, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium and Japan will compete across four categories: Traditional Neapolitan, Contemporary Neapolitan, Roman Tonda (Scrocchiarella) and Freestyle.

The competition will provide a platform for chefs to demonstrate their skills and highlight different approaches to pizza-making from across Europe.

Product innovation recognised

Another development for 2026 is the introduction of the EPS Awards, replacing the established Bellavita Awards.

The awards will recognise products demonstrating quality, innovation, presentation and impact within the foodservice sector.

A new Best Product Presentation category will also allow exhibitors to showcase their products through short-form video, reflecting the growing importance of digital communication in food and drink marketing.

Winners will be announced during a ceremony on the European Pizza Forum stage at the close of the show.

With suppliers, manufacturers and hospitality operators gathering under one roof, the European Pizza Show offers an opportunity for businesses to explore new products, identify emerging trends and make connections across the European food and drink supply chain.

The European Pizza Show takes place at Excel London on 18th–19th November 2026. Registration is free for trade professionals.
